All spectators, regardless of their age, must be in possession of a paid ticket, an invitation or a right of servitude.

Any person present for an intervention at the current event (artists, technicians, production staff, etc.) must have a visible identification badge. These badges are issued for each event under the authority of the head of the establishment, either by the beneficiary of the contract for the provision of the venue, or by THE OPERATOR.

No other person is authorized to enter the establishment.

Children under the age of three (article no. 198 of the Ordinance of the Paris Police Prefecture of January 1, 1927) are not admitted within the premises of the establishment, with the exception of children’s shows for access to which is prohibited for children under one year of age, with no refund possible. Parents are warned to provide hearing protection for their children.

The venue reserves the right to refuse access to minors under 16 years of age unaccompanied by a legal representative, without reimbursement possible. Minors aged 16 to 18 are allowed with parental authorization.

Spectators are required to respect the instructions printed on the tickets.

If the OPERATOR or ORGANIZER of the event deems it useful to set up a security check at the entrance, requiring a pat-down, a search or any other check by specialized personnel, each spectator is required to comply with it, unless access is refused.

If the owner of an unauthorized object refuses to part with it, access to the place will be prohibited.

Spectators who have entered the establishment and whose tickets have been checked at entry can only leave permanently.

When accessing the venue, throughout the duration of the event and until leaving, the public must comply with the instructions of the OPERATOR’s reception and security staff.

Under Decree No. 2006-1386 of November 15, 2006, smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises of the establishment. In the event of violation of this rule, the offender will be required to leave the room.
Any person who is intoxicated will be prohibited from entering the establishment.

Any object likely to serve as a projectile, constitute a weapon or endanger public safety (glass bottles, weapons, explosives, etc.) is prohibited; only small 50 cl water bottles without caps are tolerated.

Objects whose possession or carrying is prohibited on public roads (weapons, narcotics, etc.) cannot be deposited in the locker. Their discovery may be followed by information to the police services.
The use of narcotics within the premises is prohibited. In the event of failure to comply with this rule, the offender will be required to leave the room, in addition the OPERATOR may notify the police.

Documents, leaflets, badges, insignia, symbols or banners of any size and nature, presenting a racist, xenophobic or homophobic character are prohibited. Animals, except in exceptional cases, are prohibited (guide dogs).
Activation of fire alarms can only take place if necessary. Any abuse will be punished. THE OPERATOR may arrange for the evacuation of any person seriously disturbing public order.

The Trianon can accommodate people with disabilities (PSH) and people with reduced mobility (PRM).
The room has an elevator providing access to the main level: orchestra pit, bar and disabled toilets.
During free seating shows, for pregnant people or people with reduced mobility who can climb several steps, a few seats are available on the balcony.

Guide dogs are accepted indoors.

You will be taken care of as soon as you arrive in the room by our security team.
Do not hesitate to report to avoid waiting in line.

PMR/PSH ticket reservation

What time does the concert end?

The concerts end at the latest at 10:30 p.m.


Does the room have a cloakroom?

Yes, when the pit is in a standing position. It costs 2 euros per item.

Backpacks must be left there. Suitcases, scooters, etc. are not accepted.


What should I do if I lost my things / forgot my things in the locker room?

In case of loss or forgetfulness, please write to contact@letrianon.fr or contact 01 44 92 78 00 at the times indicated on the contact page.

Due to the high activity of the room, the objects found must be recovered in the days following the event.


Can we eat and drink in the room?

It is forbidden to bring drinks or food inside the room.

However, a bar is at your disposal (drinks and snacks).


Can we smoke or vape in the room?

In accordance with Decree No. 2006 – 1386 of November 15, 2006 and Article L3513-6 of the Public Health Code, smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the establishment.

Anyone caught smoking will be expelled from the room, with no possible refund of their ticket.


Can you come with your camera?

Cameras and cameras are prohibited.

You may be asked to leave your device in the locker room.


Can we obtain photo or press accreditation?
